Check In / Check Out

CHECK IN: Between 1.00pm and 7.00pm (You will be turned away if you arrive outside of these times)

CHECK OUT: 11.00am (Fees will be charged if you are late leaving)


Please note that a minimum duration of stay applies for peak times.

  • Long Weekends:      3 night minimum stay (Fri, Sat & Sun nights)

  • Easter:                          4 night minimum stay. (Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun nights)

No minimum stay for school holidays or off peak times.

What are Day Visitors?

We are asked this quite often. We love the fact that registered guests can have friends drop into visit them when they are camping. We offer this from 9.00am - 6.00pm and visitors' cars will be parked in our car park.


We do not offer the chance for registered guests to arrive early and check-in as a visitor from 9.00am - to check-in time at 1.00pm, nor pack up to leave at check-out time of 11.00am and then register as a day visitor for the rest of the day.


Our car park is not large enough for vans and campers to be parked up before check-in time or after check-out time.


We also request that if you have a booking for a few days and within that time you have a family member or friend camp for part of that time (say 1 night), they also arrive and leave within the check-in / check-out times.


We have a two-hour window (from 11.00am - 1.00pm) to clean and prepare the campground after guests have left and before the next ones arrive. This includes cleaning amenities, emptying bins, emptying fire pits, mowing etc. Each time a guest leaves or arrives within those two hours, we need to stop this work and assist them.


Please help us to present our campground to the highest standards we can by being mindful of our check-in and check-out times. We want to offer you the best camping experience we can.

Payment Options:

  • To secure your site/s, 50% deposit must be paid at least 7 days after return of your booking form (unless otherwise arranged).

  • LONG WEEKENDS must be paid in full one month prior.

  • Balance is due on arrival.

  • Preferred payment method is via the online booking program, or telephone for us to take credit card payment.  Please allow sufficient time for non-cash payments to clear and/or be processed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all payments are made by the due date or your site will not be held.



Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • If your cancellation is due to a Covid situation, we will offer credit for a one (1) month period for you to return.  We will not offer refunds.

  • Where at least 14 days’ notice of cancellation has been given, prepayments may be credited for a future booking (to be used within 90 days);

  • Where less than 14 days’ notice has been given for a cancellation, no credit or refund;

  • Campers who leave the campground early under any circumstances or who do not show up at all will not be entitled to a credit or refund;

  • Adverse weather is not a circumstance for either refund or credit;

  • At the discretion of management, customers may receive a credit for an off peak period on compassionate grounds only. Strictly no refunds are given for inclement weather. Subject to discretion we may offer credits in the case of localised flooding or extreme wet conditions, however this does not apply to predictions or seasonal storms.
